Know an Illinois Hero? Nominate Him or Her Today!

Across Illinois, there are individuals whose work is making a difference in the community and inspiring positive change. People like Brian Moody, the first hero winner of 2012, and Tara Daniher, a local teacher hero. We are continuing our mission to bring these heroes into the spotlight with the Our Town, Our Heroes program.

Who is the hero in your life? We encourage you to share his or her story by nominating your hero today. Visit the Our Town, Our Heroes main page and fill out the online nomination form. The deadline to submit a nomination for our next round of heroes is Friday, March 30, 2012.

Remember, the winning hero and nominator, along with the runner-up finalist and his or her nominator receive a week-long loan of a Chevrolet, Buick, GMC or Cadillac vehicle.
